As those of you who follow me have might noticed I have been MIA = missing in action.
I have found as a mental health practitioner it is very important to practice self – care. For me it involves a total stoppage of activities that take an emotional toll on my soul. I put it that way because I care about what I do, my clients are important to me as is my pod cast and this blog. If I don’t take that time how can I provide you with optimal support.
